We have invented words so that we can accumulate human experiences, and we have invented successively sign language; pictographs; phonetics; television; video; video-cassette; around-the-world satellite to relay any program; and world-around computerization with which to recall any information anywhere, any time, by anybody, in order to make man’s cumulative experience available to ensuing generations.”
