“The scientist-philosophers of computer integration say that because the asking of original questions is a consequence of interferences, and because interferences are products of time sequences, it follows that original questions are both functions and products of time. There must be a great number of moves and a vast number of computer components before enough time can elapse to develop new types of secondary or tertiary interferences, which in turn may from time to time provoke original questions.”
